125ml Soy Sauce 80ml Honey 1x Lemon 2x Garlic cloves chopped 8 x Rangitikei free range Chicken Drumsticks Ginger Lemon Grass Sesame Oil Sesame Seeds Spring Onion
Mix together soy & honey, lemon, garlic, ginger, lemongrass & sesame oil. Marinate the chicken drumsticks for 3 hours. Put in a roasting tim & cover with foil and roast in the oven at 180°Crees for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for a further 25 minutes or until the marinate has reduced and glazed the chicken drumsticks. Garnish with some toasted sesame seeds & chopped spring onion.
