Preheat your oven or air fryer to 180°C. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
Spicy Cheats Tonkotsu-Style Broth: Heat a drizzle of neutral oil in a large pot on medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger and gochujang and cook for 1 minute, stirring, until fragrant. Add the miso paste, stock, soy milk and sugar to the pot. Whisk together and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-6 minutes, or until the broth has thickened ever so slightly. Add the bok choy and cook for 1 minute, or until the bok choy is just tender. Remove from the heat and keep warm until ready to serve.
Ramen: Cook the chicken in the oven or air fryer according to the pack instructions, or until golden and cooked through. Meanwhile, cook the noodles and eggs.
Cook the noodles in the pot of boiling water according to packet instructions, or until just tender. Drain and rinse the noodles with cold running water. Toss the noodles with a drizzle of neutral oil to prevent sticking.
Place the eggs into a small pot and cover with hot tap water. Place over high heat and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes, then remove from heat and drain off the hot water. Fill the pot with cold tap water and set aside for 5 minutes, or until the eggs are cool enough to handle. Peel the eggs and cut them into halves.
