2 tsp smoked sweet paprika
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
a couple of sprigs of rosemary
4 tbsp water
1kg Rangitikei free range drumsticks
Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
Place the drumsticks in the marinade making sure they’re all well covered and leave for at least an hour.
Grill or BBQ for 20 mins, turning frequently.
Serve immediately with steamed asparagus, yoghurt and lemon wedges.
